I like it, you're better at animating than me, that's for sure. However, you might want to try and fix the grainy edges. What programs to use to make these kinds of animations?

I dont know how to fix the grainy edges... i save it with transparency, so thats probably why. I dont know if you've heard of this program, but its called "DrawPlus" or something. Its a type of animation/drawing program...
you should get a flash program. i think those are good to animate with.

Well, you can make the images in photoshop using layers and then cut and paste them in an animator program. But, that's something that would take a LOT of time for very little improvement...
